Biography:
Xianqing Zhu, associate professor. He received his Ph.D degree from School of Energy and Power Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in June 2018. In 2017, he received a PhD student national scholarship. He joined the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Chongqing University in 2018. Currently, his major research topics focused on (1) degradative solvent extraction and upgrading of biomass waste (2) solid waste pyrolysis, gasification technologies and CFD simulation (3) thermochemical recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries. Dr. Xianqing Zhu has presided one National Natural Science Foundation, two graduate innovation funds of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and participated in three National Natural Science Foundations. He has published 30 SCI papers in international journals such as Journal of Hazardous Materials、Fuel、Bioresource Technology、Energy Conversion and Management and Energy&Fuel, and applied for 19 national invention patents. He has attended international academic conferences for many times and gave four oral presentations.
